Built and led a new product division inside a 1,000-person automotive engineering consultancy. Grew from individual contributor to directing sales, marketing, product development, customer support, and IT teams.

- Created three products that became ESG's competitive moat, directly contributing to Cognizant's acquisition of the company
- Cognizant's acquisition strategy required consulting teams to have product differentiation - the division I built provided exactly that

Auklet
Embeddable software package for Internet of Things modules that monitors application performance in the field. Conceptualized, vetted against market, secured investment, and brought to market. 200+ users within the first month. Reduced on-site debugging for engineers by 25%.
Automated Test Platform
System enabling original equipment manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers to automate testing of infotainment systems, instrument clusters, and mobile device integrations. Test cases defined using images and video of screens, with machine learning models identifying buttons, artifacts, and expected components. A fleet of matrix arms with camera systems simulated and recorded interactions, reducing release validation from months to hours.
Vehicle Analysis Platform
Internet of Things device and logistics platform for instrumenting pilot vehicles with a dongle - usable standalone or paired with the Auklet software package. Captured vehicle errors and logged durability run details including location and environmental data, reducing time to root cause from weeks to hours.

- Transformed Ford's software process from waterfall to agile, developing training used by 500+ engineers
- Delivered end-to-end fleet monitoring platform for MVCS with web, mobile, video streaming, and computer vision for automated vehicle identification
- Built a portable profile solution for rear seat entertainment systems that enabled users to carry their custom profile into any vehicle via their phone, with automated hardware-in-the-loop validation using matrix arms and computer vision
- Designed and implemented ISO 27001 compliant internal systems automating recruiting, onboarding, and asset management - a team of three maintained 99.99%+ uptime on 500+ cloud assets
PrintSites
Millions of users, $10M+ annual revenue
Led the platform team that built a complete web-to-print solution in three months. The platform became the backbone connecting web-to-print providers with trade printers at scale.

- Built the entire platform from zero to production in three months
